Data collected
We only collect the data you voluntarily provide. Via the contact form: name, email and message. Via the project brief: in addition, phone, your company name and sector, VAT number, address, budget, timeline and any details you add about your project. Via the AI site generator (Express): the information about your business needed to generate the site and, if you publish your site, your email and payment details (handled by Stripe). Apart from these voluntary submissions, no data is collected automatically, except the host's technical logs (IP address, browser, access date).
Use of data
Your data is used exclusively to respond to your contact or quote request. It is never sold, rented or shared with third parties for commercial purposes.
Cookies
This site uses no tracking, advertising or analytics cookies. Only technical cookies strictly necessary for the operation of the site may be set (display preferences, session). The project brief and the Express generator temporarily save your answers in your browser's local storage, on your device only, so you can resume later; this data does not leave your device until you confirm the submission.
Retention
Contact data is kept for a maximum of 12 months from your last exchange with us, then deleted.

Data hosting
Data is hosted by Vercel Inc. (United States), under the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
